At Villa Franca Inn, we’ve made check-in effortless with our new smart Wi-Fi door locks and fully contactless arrival process. Whether you’re arriving late or just prefer convenience, you’ll go from parking to relaxing in minutes—no front desk or key cards needed.

Step 1 - Book Your Stay

Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct on the reservation so you can receive your check-in instructions without delay. International guests will receive all messages via WhatsApp, as long as the number provided is active on WhatsApp.

Step 2 - Complete Your Registration Form

On the day of your arrival, you’ll receive a digital registration form by email or text. Simply
review your stay details, sign electronically, and submit the form—it only takes a minute.

Step 3 - Receive Your Door Code

Once your registration is complete, you’ll automatically receive your unique 4-digit door
code to access your room. No keys, no lines, no waiting—your code is all you need.

Step 4 - Go Straight to Your Room

When you arrive, just enter your 4-digit code followed by # (0000#) on the door keypad,
and you’re in! Your code will remain active for the duration of your stay and automatically
deactivate at checkout time.
